CueServer's Real-Time Clock

CueServer contains a "real-time" clock, which keeps track of the time, date and day of the week -- even when CueServer's main power has been disconnected.

This feature allows shows or events to be triggered at any time of the day, on any day of the week, on any day of the year. Need lights to come on every day, but do something special on the 4th of July? How about a different routine for Friday and Saturday nights? No problem. Up to 100 separate timer events can trigger each day, allowing a very complex schedule to be followed.

Is It Dark Yet?
CueServer also incorporates "astronomical time" functions, which allows it to automatically calculate when sunrise and sunset will occur, so you can have shows start at sunset and/or turn off at sunrise. Tell CueServer what GPS coordinates it's living at, and it will carefully calculate the sun's position every day of the year.

Hands On
Unlike most other lighting playback devices, CueServer has a beautiful LCD display that by default displays the current date and time. Need to adjust the time forward or back, simply press the Menu button and you can adjust the clock. No need to drag out a PC.
