SceneStation's advanced features can be programmed via an easy to use Programmer's Remote (in addition to the SceneStation Studio software).

With the Programmer's Remote, you have complete access to each of the preset's properties, such as Fade Time, Follow Time, Loop, DMX Values, Button Color and Repeat Count. Use the arrow keys to raise and lower DMX channels, adjust the station's grandmaster level, or step through scenes. The number keys are used to select scenes, channels, values, and other parameters.

While the remote is being used, SceneStation shows what property is being edited by changing the color of the indicators to match the color of the property item on the remote.

The Programmer's Remote can also be used to activate scenes while not editing the station's program -- from across the room. 

Each SceneStation can be given one of six different remote codes, allowing each station to respond only to a particular remote, which is useful if a facility has multiple zones that should use different remotes.  Or, the remote control capability can be disabled completely to prevent accidental programming.
