While updating firmware, CueServer remains in the Firmware Update or Rescue Mode and I can't seem to get out of it.  How do I fix this?

Customers have reported that Internet Explorer 6 and versions of Internet Explorer 7 lower than 7.0.5730.13 do not properly update the firmware on a CueServer while in the Firmware Update mode.

These same customers report that Firefox and Safari update the firmware without any issues.

We have not yet been able to reproduce this issue ourselves, however, we felt that it was important to share this information in case it affects other users.

Please contact us if you have trouble updating the firmware on a CueServer.  And try using a web browser other then Internet Explorer.
